“Tammi helped us plan our vacation to Maui. Our trip began a day earlier than expected due to a March snowstorm. We wanted to catch an earlier flight. Tammi contacted the airlines right away and got us booked on a flight two hours later. While we were in the air she went to work arranging for a hotel stay for us in Phoenix. When we landed in Phoenix we had a room all lined up near the airport and a shuttle to take us back to the airport the next day to catch our scheduled flight to Maui.
