Thoughts of becoming a travel agent for Louise began in May of 1978 when she and her sister traveled to Greece and the island of Mykonos. By August of that year, she was on her way to travel agent training and 30-plus years in the industry. She had previously traveled to Hawaii and South America, where she toured Lima, Peru, Buenos Aires, and Santiago, Chile. For her 70th birthday, Louise was delighted to return to South America during a cruise.
Louise has enjoyed the rare opportunity to tour Sydney, Australia twice as well as to visit New Zealand. She has cruised with Princess on a 2-week jaunt to Singapore with stops in Jakarta, Bali, Port Moresby, Darwin, and the Great Barrier Reef. She and her sister have also traveled extensively to the Scandinavian countries and St. Petersburg, Russia.
Her latest thrill was traveling to Barcelona, Spain and cruising in Italy, which included time in Rome and at the Vatican.
As Louise’s passion for travel continues, she has become a true advocate of escorted tours and has seen how stress-free and relaxed a traveler can be. She has even become a regular participant on 4 Seasons Vacations motorcoach adventures!
